I had Reiki treatments for 2 months with Jeremy. Throughout the weeks, I felt a substancial improvemnt in terms of mind and body balance.
The treatments brought to surface situations and old memories, deep and traumatic, from which I felt I was freeing myself in a very harmonious way.
To note that, in general, I felt a reestablishment of all wasted and lost energy throughout the years and feel a lot more open, now, to accept life and what it reserves me.
I enjoyed the treatments very much. They were always a time of pressure release and total relaxation. I loved knowing the best in Jeremy since he not only is a very special human being but he also transmits peace and confidence.

Realizei 5 tratamentos de Reiki (2 meses) com o Jeremy Gaskell tendo sentido, ao longo das semanas, uma melhoria substancial em termos de equilíbrio entre corpo e mente.
Os tratamentos fizeram-me recordar situações e memórias, marcantes e traumatizantes, das quais me consegui recordar e libertar de uma forma mais harmoniosa.
A salientar que, de forma geral, senti um restabelecimento de toda a energia gasta ao longo dos anos e mais abertura para aceitar a vida e o que ela me reserva.
Gostei muito, foi sempre uma hora de descompressão e de relaxamento. Adorei conhecer o melhor do Jem pois, para além de ser um ser humano muito especial, transmite uma grande paz e confiança.
